As soon as you reserve an Ashwell home, we aim to take care of you. Our sales staff will guide you through the buying process and keep you informed every step of the way. 
Before occupation, a member of our on-site team will walk you around your new home and demonstrate the fixtures, systems and appliances fitted, to ensure that you are happy and familiar with everything. You will also receive a welcome pack that contains comprehensive information about your new home. All Ashwell homes are regularly inspected during construction and again at practical completion. Our properties are also covered by a Premier Guarantee Warranty. After you move in, our dedicated After Sales Department will deal promptly with any problems that may arise. |
